Coaching and mentorship is available in the following areas:
Preschool:
General enrichment, basic literacy and numeracy (individual child)
Primary School:
Remediation or enrichment in all basic skills areas (e.g. reading, writing,
maths); enrichment planning for areas of interest to extend the gifted child
High School:
Maths (years 7 & 8, remediation)
English (all levels, year 7 to HSC)
Study skills (all levels)
Assignment preparation, editing and supervision (short term help available)
General support in all subjects (years 7 to 10)
University and Post Secondary: Mentorship and assistance with assignment preparation
Support in education training
Assistance in developing portfolios and work search skills
The teacher for individual dynamics has graduate distinction qualifications in secondary education
(English), literature and social sciences (psychology) and masters level
education in gifted education, child development and literacy
education (from Charles Sturt University, NSW).
She is employed with the
NSW Department of Education and has been a mentor and tutor for students over the last 10
years.
